Working with owners and renovation contractors

We work directly with building owners and property managers, and as a subcontractor to apartment renovation contractors and general contractors. Scope, access hours and sequencing are agreed before work starts.

Scope boundaries

Our scope is glass, metal and doors. Unit interiors, structural changes and general renovation are outside it, and we coordinate with the contractor who holds them.
